Daniel Erickson
I arrived to Kauai in 2005, which ended up being the final stop of a mountain biking adventure that lead me through the Hawaiian Islands. I was running low on cash and found a $29.99 one way ticket from Oahu to Kauai. I had never heard of Kauai but being a kid from small town Iowa I immediately felt at home here.
Kauai inspired to go back to school, and I enrolled at Kauai Community College the following semester. Here I became passionate about science and renewable energy in particular. I left the island to attend the University of Oregon where I lived for 3 years and received a BS in Biochemistry (2010). I followed that up with a Master of Science from Iowa State University in Biorenewable Resources and Technology and Microbiology (2012). While in graduate school I was able to purchase a couple of rental properties in Iowa and began to investing in real estate.
After graduation I returned to the rock and became a licensed real estate agent in Hawaii in March of 2013. I have been specializing in investment condos and single family homes on Kauai. Looking forward to working with you to find your perfect property in paradise!!
In addition to real estate I teach science classes at the college, and love adventures on the island. Some of my favorite actives are bow hunting boar, spearfishing, kayak fishing, surfing, and camping
Aloha,
Daniel
